Principal Product Designer

Full-time • Remote

FinchTrade is a crypto OTC liquidity provider, financial intermediary, and algorithmic trading firm with headquarters in Zug, Switzerland.

Overview

We’re looking for a Product Designer who will help create a smooth and effective experience for our clients. The main focus of this role is on interfaces, user experience, and product development across the FinchTrade platform — including onboarding, trading, settlements, and analytics for payment providers, exchanges, and fintech companies.

What we’re looking for:

  • End-to-end experience in solving business challenges: from research and requirement alignment to implementation and post-launch analysis.
  • Strong awareness of the Fintech & Crypto space, with B2B product experience as a strong advantage.
  • Experience building, improving, and supporting design systems.
  • Hands-on experience with modern design tools — from Figma to AI-powered tools and agents for prototyping and mockup creation.
  • A deep understanding of business context, including product focus, goals, and constraints.
  • A high level of self-organization and ownership. We don’t rely on micromanagement, so it’s important that you can structure your work, clarify requirements, and handle challenges independently.
