Front-end developer

Overview

We have a very short design-to-test-to-production cycle and almost instant feedback from the financial market. A single row of your code will be impactful. You will work in a small but cheerful team of front- and back-end developers, QA and a product owner. The ideal candidate won't wait for someone to assign tasks, takes initiative, and ensures tasks are completed. It is the job for you if you want to see the results of what you do and you are eager to influence the process.

Tasks

  • You will be working as a front-end developer on a greenfield high-load web application
  • It is written in AngularJS and gets data from the back-end via WebSockets/RestAPI
  • Application must handles over 50 messages per second over WebSocket
  • Improving responsive layout covering desktop and mobile devices from Figma designs

  • Solid AngularJS and WebSocket web development experience
  • Front-end proficiency and experience: HTML, CSS, JS, CSS-in-JS experience is an advantage
  • Experience with modern web development stack
  • A clear understanding of WebSockets and RESTful APIs
  • Experience with financial, trading or exchange technology is an advantage
